5/29: Memorial Day Service Schedule

In observance of Memorial Day, BRITE Bus will ONLY operate the Staunton Downtown Trolley (10AM-9PM). All other routes will NOT operate. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!

5/1: Staunton Trolleys Summer Hours

Effective May 1, 2023 through November 6, 2023, the Staunton Downtown Trolley and Saturday Night Trolley will operate the following hours:

• Staunton Downtown Trolley:
  • Monday-Friday, 10AM - 9PM
  • Saturday, 10AM - 6PM
• Staunton Saturday Night Trolley:
  • Saturday, 6PM - 10PM

5/1: North & West Loop Route Changes

Beginning Monday, May 1, 2023, and moving forward, the Staunton North & West Loops will implement the following changes to improve route safety:

• The West Loop will reroute from traveling Forest Ave & Austin Ave to traveling Peck St to Hays Ave.
• The West Loop will reroute from traveling 3rd St & Thornrose Ave to traveling Grubert Ave.
• Gypsy Hill House will now be the last stop on the West Loop instead of the first stop on the North Loop.

Stops eliminated (BUT still served by the Staunton Downtown Trolley): Thornrose Ave NB, Gypsy Hill Park, Circle Drive, Austin Ave/W Beverley St Stop added: Peck St / Montgomery Ave
